If you love Yoga, you will adore practicing in Nature’s studio on the water. This course is designed to get you comfortable on the water and board over 3 sessions.
Perfect for those comfortable enough to hop on the board and follow a class. Our fabulous instructors will start guide you through a series of poses with modifications depending on your skill level..
Classes will run light rain or shine. If inclement conditions exist we will either run a beach class or reschedule (at our discretion). Participants must have basic swimming skills and be a minimum of 12 years old. Please commit to attending all three classes. No make up classes unless we call for weather or there is an emergency.
BONUS: Every participant will receive one class photo on the water that will be emailed to them.
