Melinda began taking yoga classes 5 years ago after a serious injury had left her with weak muscles and joint pain. Yoga was her way of healing and alleviating stress naturally and with great results . Happy with the benefits of yoga and the natural healing process it evoked, she decided to take the Yoga Teacher Training course. She has since received her YTT 200 hr certification in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, and taken additional studies in Ayurveda, chakra healing, Reiki and most recently Yoga for Seniors and limited mobility. She currently teaches group and private yoga classes in Yoga for Healing, Yoga for Strength, Yoga for anxiety and digestive issues, SUP Yoga and dry land training for SUP Yoga. Invigorated by the teachers and students she meets through yoga she continues on her journey knowing she is living proof of the physical and emotional benefits of yoga.

Kiana Ng is a Canadian yoga teacher and gymnastics coach. After coaching gymnastics for many years, she realised how much she enjoys teaching, but felt like she needed something more and that’s when she found yoga. She found her passion in yoga, which went hand in hand with her passion for teaching and helping others. That decided, she registered for her first teacher training in the fall of 2015.
Having finished her certification, Kiana aims to create a loving space full of light and playful energy that offers a place where students can deepen their practice physically and spiritually. Her classes often have a theme or intention behind them with the goal to teach her students something that can be kept with them both on and off the mat, including introducing them to new poses, alignment technicalities, or deeper messages.
By using articulate cues to help students understand their body and themselves more deeply, students can begin to better understand their different physical, mental, emotional and spiritual obstacles and further use this knowledge to help grow their practice.

Kierstin Turner has been a student of yoga and health since 2005 when she fell in love with the possibility of always feeling great in body mind and spirit. She believes it is possible to achieve all personal health and wellness goals through a continual balance of health and yoga.
Kierstin is known for her invigorating teaching style, intuitive insight and depth of wisdom in health and wellness. She has studied under Baptiste methodology and her intention as a teacher is to help each student recognize their own inner strength and light. Her classes are fun, innovative and inspiring as they focus on using yoga as a healing tool to honor and deepen each student’s individual connection to personal strength, self-acceptance and love.
